return & refund policy
Our policy allows for returns within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order, unfortunately we can’t accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging and it must not have been already substituted. Furthermore, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Especially in case of defective or damaged products, due to our fault, we undertake the responsibility to replace them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to a) notify you that we have received your returned item, b) notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days, and your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Depending on your location, we may cover your shipping costs for returning your item, using a trackable delivery method. Please contact us at email@example.com. In any case, if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on your return. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Returns are made at your own risk. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item; it is advised that you use a trackable delivery method.
