What is your jewelry?
Our jewelry is handcrafted, exclusively offered through us, made to order for each of our customers, using only fine materials such as Sterling Silver (incl. Yellow Gold Plated and Rhodium Plated), Swarovski Crystals, Semi Precious Stones (Blue Topaz, Yellow Citrine, Green Peridote, Purple Amethyst), and Precious Stones (Red Ruby, Blue Sapphire, Green Sapphire, Red Sapphire).

When will I receive my order?
The time required to craft each piece of jewelry varies, depending upon the materials and the procedure required. The time of delivery for each piece of jewelry is indicated at the product page. When you place an order and every time the status of your order changes, we will send you emails so you can track the progress of your order easily.

Can I place orders over the phone?
You can only order online. You don’t have to set up an account to place an order.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by following the link included in the confirmation mail you received when you placed your order. If you have registered, you can also check the status of your order by signing into your account.
How can I see the history of my orders?
In order to be able to see the history of your orders you must set up an account (which is not necessary in order to place your order). After you have registered, you will be able to see all the purchases you have ever made.

What should I do if I forget the password for my account?
In case you forget your password, go to the top of the homepage and click on the icon to connect to your account. Then click on “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions thereafter.

To change your account details, click on the icon to connect to your account at the top of the homepage and then click “View Addresses” and go to “Edit” to modify your address or your phone number.
Can I see the products up close, before I make my order?
blingsense is an online store, therefore there is no such possibility.
